Pantopicon is a foresight and design studio based in Belgium, founded in 2004. For more than two decades, we’ve worked with businesses, public institutions, cultural organizations and international bodies — helping them see, shape and step into the futures their decisions are quietly building.

Our practice sits at the intersection of two disciplines that rarely meet at full strength: strategic foresight, which helps groups think rigorously about possible tomorrows, and design, which shapes how we research, how we engage with stakeholders, and how we make those possibilities tangible enough to argue with. The combination is what allows our work to move beyond reports and slide decks into something that actually shifts how people think and decide.
