About us
Founded in 2004, with headquarters in Antwerp (Belgium), Pantopicon features a multi-disciplinary and international team, working with clients in both the public and the private realm.
We are Pantopicon
We are a foresight and design studio. We enable people and organizations to see, design for and act upon the challenges which tomorrow might bring. Through speculative and analytical means we craft tools and processes, stories and strategies, products and experiences to stimulate debate, inspire action and catalyse change.

We enrich the imagination
We use futures as a way to enlarge and enrich the imagination space, as a source to inspire better, more future-proof organizations, products, services and systems.
We spark debate
Through writings, lectures, objects and other home-brewed speculative experiences, we inspire people and organisations to debate future developments. We enable them to explore and jointly understand the challenges and new meanings these developments bring about.
We reframe challenges
We design and facilitate participatory processes to take our clients on a journey to explore and act upon future challenges. To do so we use homemade, design-flavored methods as well as more traditional approaches such as scenario-analysis and systems thinking. We help each client envision the kind of player they wish to be in tomorrow's markets and societies, as well as the pathways to achieve that position.
We catalyse change
We support communities and organisations to tackle challenges by co-envisioning new tomorrows. We help set the stage and create the conditions for co-designing innovative and engaging solutions to bring about positive change.

We make the future tangible through narratives, objects and spaces as to transform perceptions and enable better ways to anticipate possible tomorrows today.
